When I found out that my husband got a promotion at work, I was very excited for him. I was proud of his achievement and everything that would come with it. One of the things that would have to change due to this promotion is that we would have to relocate to Atlanta. His company just open a new branch there, and they asked him to oversee services offered at that location. He told me that we would find a real estate agent who would help us find luxury apartments in Atlanta GA. He knew that I was a little apprehensive about doing it on my own, so I was glad that he made the suggestion.

The very next day I contacted the real estate professional that was recommended to us by his job.

I was given a pretty good opportunity to advance my career, but I honestly did not know if I wanted to take advantage of it. It would mean that my wife and I would have to move to Atlanta, which is over three hours where we were living. I didn’t mind moving, but I did not want to uproot her from the only town she had ever lived in. Well, when she found out that I was debating this because of her, she took charge and started looking at apartments for 30339, since that is the zip code where we would have to live or at least be close to.

When she did that, all of the puzzle pieces just started falling into place. She told me that she would follow me to Alaska if need be, but she was glad that we were still pretty close to the majority of her family.

I have never liked flat roofs. It just does not make sense to me that a roof that has to take snow and water should be flat. The snow builds up, and the rain does not run off like it does on a pitched roof surface. Our garage at home has a flat roof, and I have been up there days after a rain to see puddles of water still lingering if it was cool out. Hot days evaporate it fast. I called a place that does flat roof repair in Brooklyn NY to come out after my last inspection of our garage roof. I saw that the rubber membrane that covers the roof surface was dry rotting in spots. It was so brittle that it crumbled when I touched it. I was surprised we did not have any leaks yet in the garage.

The garage we have is actually a four-bay block building with big garage doors for each bay.

When my husband told me that we would probably need to have a new roof put on before we could move into our fixer upper, I was a bit upset. We had paid top dollar for this house. It was not because of the house itself, because like I said, it was a fixer upper. However, the property is like a small gold mine, and we were lucky to get it. I was just upset that we would need to contact a company that does Queens NY roof repair and replacements, because we had spent all of our savings on a down payment.

I was not sure how much a new roof cost, but I knew that it was one of the more expensive home repairs there is. I looked online to get a feel for which company really does right by their customers, because I just wanted an honest opinion of what needed to be done. When a roofing contractor came out to look at the roof, I was so happy when he said that we would be able to repair it for now.

Of course this is the sort of thing that all hoteliers are living in fear of. Some time ago they had the problem of bed bug control in NYC off of the table. There was a concerted effort to get rid of the things and they succeeded in exterminating them in the USA. That did not last forever however, obviously these creatures are really tiny and they eventually hitched a ride back into America in the luggage of some traveler. They came back really strong and so now you can get them all over the place and travelers are always spreading them around to places where they are not found.

I was online recently at work looking for load cells for sale because our previous supplier went out of business. The guy retired and his son shut the business down, and that meant we were in a load of trouble. I work at a granary and we use hopper scales non-stop throughout the day to weigh out amounts before getting the grain into bags for transport. Grain, if you don’t know, is gritty and dirty and a real mess. It takes very little time to gum up a hopper, or more importantly the parts, and the whole thing breaks down.

When you’ve got a hopper that isn’t working, you can’t fill the bags and you can’t transport the grain and you get yelled at by the boss. One of the parts that seems to break the most is the load cells. They get gummed up and quit working. That’s when we would put in an order for several, replace the cell, and get back to work. Unfortunately we had used our last one and someone didn’t line up a new supplier.

A famous investor decided to hold a contest over Snapchat. He would post video clues each hour and after an hour, the clues would disappear. The clues revealed the location of a hidden briefcase filled with money. Since I was going to be at work when the contest was happening, there was no way I could see all of the clues before they were gone. I used a program to hack Snapchat so that I would be able to access the video clues once they had been taken off. After my work day was done, no one had found the location of the briefcase, so I still had a chance of winning.

I looked at the video clues that I had downloaded over and over to figure out where the briefcase could be, but I couldn’t figure it out. I looked at everything in the video to see if I was missing something that would reveal the location. I was starting to think that the hole thing was a hoax just to get people to follow the investor on Snapchat.

I have seen a lot of people who really love their dogs, but not many like this girl I started dating a couple of months ago. She told me that her former boyfriend was jealous of this hound dog, but I do not think that I am going to get that far gone. She has all sorts of things for it, when they go some place she takes along a foldable doghouse, but the dog usually ends up sleeping the bed with her. I am not opposed to that, not so long as the dog is clean and behaves well. Of course she bathes this dog almost every single week and it is hardly ever dirty. The thing is a hound dog though and it loves to howl at squirrels and anything else that dares to come in the back yard with him. He would love it if you took him out into the woods and let him chase stuff, but there is not any chance of that happening.

When my husband bought me a new air fryer for Christmas, I honestly didn’t think that I would use it. I mean, who wants to use a small appliance that will make food that doesn’t really taste all that great? I had a juicer in the back of the cupboard, and I had not used it for about a year. I figured the air fryer would join it. That was not the case though, because I found some pretty amazing Air Fryer chicken recipes online. I knew I had to try this out at least once, and I figured that it would be best if I used it for chicken wings or something like that.

I figured if they didn’t taste that good, then my husband would not be too offended if I did not use the air fryer much at all. Since chicken wings are his favorite, it was the perfect food to try it out on.

I was embarrassed to seek out a drug detox program for my nearly two decade addiction to pills and alcohol, but really it was necessary. My life was increasingly bleak and I was worried about a fatal overdose, the kind where you fall asleep and never wake up. Anna Nicole Smith’s death from pills about ten years ago should have been a wake up call, but it wasn’t because I justified by thinking that I never took that many drugs at once. Still, mixing these two substances is usually a fast path to a coffin and I knew I was flirting with disaster.

It started innocently enough with a back injury and a prescription for muscle relaxers.
